I believe the model is @Black Jesus's Tahoe. Part of his Laguna Beach based LSPD pack, if I'm not mistaken!

what about the livery? I searched the textures but couldn't find it - sorry if I'm being dumb and should have been able to find it.  Much appreciated if you could provide a link or direction to the skin. Thanks and great screenshots :)
