This is using a custom skin on the unmarked CVPI from GTApolicemods.com

The skin is not available for download, it is based off of an LAPD cruiser image I found in google. It is using a skin I created myself, with the licence plate from a skin that was in the original model download file.

Was my first skin and I am pretty proud of it, I am not sure about the system that the US uses for car numbers etc.

    Looks good. I've made a few before for personal use. I've also edited 1 skin for 2 cars (with permission of course) to match my taste and my hometown's theme. I'm about to make another one for the caprice.
