Sheriff Shaw conducts a traffic stop on a motorist that failed to obey a traffic control device on Sinclair St in District 1. The residents on Sinclair have been filing numerous reports about drivers failing to obey the traffic lights on their street, and the HCSO will be having a department wide zero tolerance enforcement event Thursday night to help reduce the number of accidents in the area.
