Beautiful vehicle
  1. Driver stepped out and walked away... Older female, Possible just confused & elderly. Let her go, now waiting for a Tow.
  2. Got the green, had space to move over a lane and pull the vehicle over.
  3. ALPR hit on the vehicle next to me. Waiting for a green light to light them up.
  4. Using directionals, trying to get the hell out of LCPA terrority!
