Yes it is, as soon as i acquire proper permissions for all of the parts used, If i can't get the perms for certain items after a little while, i'll just end up replacing them so i can eventually release it. 

And yes, I really agree with you there, expeditions are where it's at man! haha

Looks absolutely amazing, can not wait to have this in my fleet, keep up the AWESOME work and thank you.

I'm curious about something, did you buy the model or were you able to find it online? I'm really hoping to get into modelling, and I had the Expedition as a project (LASD & CHP variant) but I don't know where to start with the model, I saw some on Sketchup but I wasn't sure if thats a good place to start. Would it be okay if I PM'ed you after my exams so we can discuss that?

Sure, send me a PM or add me on steam/skype. I'd start with taking unlocked models and putting lighting on them before going to full fledged converting.
