Conducting traffic stop on an individual or running a Red Light. I ended up giving him a $400 ticket for VC 21453 (A) which is actually a $436 fine. Why do I know this, I'm in the CHP application process and trying to learning everything I can before going to the academy! Good knowledge for you guys as well though.
