23103 - 11-85 Required

At 20:20 This evening, a Black Mesa occupied by a BFA fled from a standard traffic stop instigated by 1-LINCOLN-18 of the SAHP.

Dispatch soon revealed information that the vehicle was reported stolen from the Mirror Park area of Los Santos a few days ago by its owner, James Harper.

Air 4 and a local LSCS unit joined the pursuit which was quickly ended once a PIT was authorized, however, the LSCS unit seemed to have missed this memo as it slammed into the vehicle after it had spun out.

The suspect was quickly detained, a Daniel Evans, and transported into custody whilst 1-LINCOLN-18 now has the task of informing the vehicles owner of it's restyling..
