On Thanksgiving night at approximately 7:30PM CHP Broker Dukes received a call of a wrong way driver. CHP attempted to pull over the driver but would not pull over. Driver ran from the CHP and immediately once the suspect pushed the gas he crashed into a futo. The suspect and the victim were both taken to Schottler Medical Center and both are expected to luckily recover. The suspect was also driving drunk and he blew a .16 which is double the legal limit. The suspect was charged with impeding traffic flow, wrong way driving, running stop lights, speeding, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
