An edit of orrwhat4's Nelson County EMS skin (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7820-nelson-county-ambulance-texture/) I added unit numbers and changed it from Nelson County EMS to San Andreas EMS. I did edit this for my personal use, I have no intention's of uploading it.
