How did you remove the grill protection on the windshield and the driver's/passenger's windows? 

Fired up Zmodeler and removed some parts of the car. I can release the edited model if you wish. 

Question about the Finnish police cars: why does the left side have "polis" but the right side has "poliisi?"

Finland has two official languages. "Poliisi" is Finnish whereas "Polis" is Swedish. It sure looks stupid but that's what bureaucracy does, haha.
