Abandoned vehicle

Officer kjel0112 responding to a call for an abandoned vehicle at Times Square. When arriving at the scene, the driver of the vehicle was nowhere to be found.

Vehicle description, license plate and VIN number was given to dispatch. Vehicle was towed and moved to the police impound.

Vehicle's owner showed up a week later at the impound saying his car was stolen from him. An investigation was started by traffic division.

    how did u tow that vehicle ? how did you take the license plate number and VIN number ? please need to know officer. how did u do that all above ?

    Using your imagination helps a lot ;-) You can tow a vehicle using SNT and the license plate and VIN number is just roleplay.
