RCMP Roadside Check

A member of the RCMP conducts a roadside check and produces a traffic citation to the operator of the vehicle.

The operator was charged under section 115.2(p) of the Traffic Safety Act for Unlawfully Exceeding a Posted Speed Limit.

The roadway was posted for 100 km/h and the RCMP member clocked the vehicle at 117 km/h.
