The LSPD have are testing out a new lightbar from 'Flare lighting' this lightbar will replace the older 'rotating' lightbars

As someone who really dislikes most LED lightbars, this is very damn creative. I'd actually use this. The LED textures are a bit blandly coloured, though. But a damn nice job you did.

    It's using a texture from GTA IV ELS, I'm going to try and find something that looks nice for V.
