GravelRoadCop 1,335 Posted August 5, 2015 (edited) The Los Santos Division of the US Coast Guard and Life Guard has received their newest Life Vest that have been designed to be seen from long distance, in dark conditions, and reacts brightly to direct light. They are also marked with reflective labeling to identify their department. The US Coast Guard Life Vest will bear "POLICE" for the very first time due to citizens not recognizing the US Coast Guard federal authority.
