By Interference

When 2 officers attempted to handcuff the second bankrobber, he pulled out his pistol and neutralized the 2 officers. Officer Bellic shot down the second bankrobber before the bankrobber could shot the other police units. The third bankrobber came out of the car at own will, and surrendered. The money has been returned to the Liberty City bank.
