Deputy Johnson said " Deputies need to be able to use our vehicles correctly and safely. The vehicle that is assigned to that deputy is their office and as such Cadets should know how to use them. The vehicle tactics taught by the academy are both tough to execute but also effective. Cadets are trained to drive at high rates of speed, skid avoidance and recovery and performing the PIT. ACSO Driver training is taught at the Francis Internation Airport Driver training Academy, a site shared by both Liberty City Police and the Alderney County Sheriffs Office."
