Westlake PD Cruiser Crashes

A Westlake County Police Patrolman was responding hot on a foggy evening when he failed to slow down in time for an intersection, resulting in a collision with a building.

Fortunately, nobody was seriously injured in the crash. Silverlake Police Investigators have been called to investigate, and fire officials inspected the buildings infrastructure, and deemed it safe, however Westlake Engineers will still investigate to ensure the structure is safe.

The Patrolman has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
