A Silverlake City Community Service Officer yelling at an inmate who was refusing to work during a Community Service run.

The Officer was heard yelling "Are you blind?! There's a piece of garbage right there! Pick it up!"

Silverlake Central Penitentiary often sends inmates for Community Service, and seeing the community service unit around is not uncommon.
