So PPV doesn't have foglights at all? Tahoe in picture I'm using as reference has one.

The North Carolina State Highway Patrol uses the two-wheel drive (rear-wheel) variant of a Chevrolet Tahoe PPV which is why it is so much lower than the other Tahoes.

As seen here, the Tahoe NCSHP removes the foglights, or puts covers on them. 

Also, there is no front plate on our Tahoes.

P.S. The rims on all NCSHP Tahoes are black, not grey.

I thought wheels on all NCSHP tahoes were all black like HerrHeisenberg said...before I do my research :)

After I saw those pictures, I decided to make both black wheel version and silver wheel version.
