I'd probably raise the top stripe so that it was overlapping the door handles.

    Yeah, the top stripe goes all the way to the headlight, and the bottom stripe should be lower.

    Except that's a movie car and the real NYPD doesn't use marked 2011+ Chargers. Still, looks good! I'd recommend what other have mentioned about raising the top stripe though. :)
