At 1325 Trooper Livingston recieved an ISPERN over COMMs to a complaint of a wreckless driver southbound on Interstate 55 driving a Black 2014 Range Rover. The complainant stated she was "Ran off the interstate at the mile 94 marker" and would like to speak to an Trooper over the phone if possible. Officer Livingston caught up to the suspect and performed a traffic stop at mile marker 100 on Interstate 55.
