Whelen Delta Rota Beam

So i finally decided to make a light-bar. The Delta Rota-Beam mimics the vintage halogen rotators but instead with LEDS. This is the first bar i've ever made, so please don't be too harsh on me!

It'd be either RMIX or ELS-H. The Whelen Rota-Beam has no rotators, so DROT would be out of the question.
The actual light bar does have rotating led pods

The actual lightbar doesn't have rotating LEDs, the way that the lights flash on the bar, makes it look like the cells are rotating, when in actuality there not
