Laqueesha Members April 13, 201214 yr Author stats Did you make this? Yes and no. I took an existing Detroit Police livery made by somebody and edited it into a Carcer City Police Department one. I added new license plates, bumper stickers, flags, etc.

If there's a skin I want, but it doesn't exist or I can't find it, and there's no one willing to make it, I'll make it myself, either by editing an existing skin or making one from scratch. :thumbsup:

I'm trying to read and figure out how to convert GTA V vehicles to GTA IV, but it's going to take a while.
