    Not bad, but the rim needs to be adjusted. Its proportions are off, causing the pattern to look a little funny.

    Here's my opinion:

    First. Not bad... 

     

    Second. I am gonna be honest with you. The rim doesn't look like a Ford Police Interceptor Rim. 

     

    Third. It's out of proportion and doesn't look right.

     

    Forth. The rim bends slightly in.

     

    Here's an image you could use to improve on it:

    wow now that its next to a picture of the real thing it looks really off..  wouldn't hurt to add some more poly's so it actually looks round  all of those small corners on the edges look horrible
