Sometimes it is not our decision to keep the things to ourselfs. Some people want to release there work but simply cant because they have lost contact with the owner, Nobody is allowed to release the part so you cant, etc.

Gotcha, those aren't the modelers I am referring to, I am talking about the ones who post pictures saying it may/might be released, or that it will be released and then they just don't.
