After a taxi cut Officer Ben Cooper off, He decided to preform a traffic stop because he could've killed somebody, the driver sped off and it turned into a chase, Just a normal day for PO3+1 Ben Cooper.

Normally i have an ENB, But sadly it conflicts with the LA mod i have, So i just used a custom Time Cyc which came with it, Looks a bit like LA.. Have to edit some stuff. Thank SouthLAnd for making me fall in love with the LAPD :P
