cp702 Friends of LSPDFR January 12, 201412 yr Author stats All patrol cars of the Connecticut State Police are plain gray - no special markings of any kind, just the license plates and a lightbar on top (they are not slicktops, generally; they just have no decals and are solid gray). Not all departments use decals.
