Everyone of these cars are stolen, Not one person has permission for any company that made them! We are simply saying, "he might/might not have stole this from this modder," not, "this is illegal, it's a stolen model and this man should be sued." The only reason using this model would be illegal is if he sold it for money without asking permissions. I think you are misunderstanding a little bit. Even if this was a "stolen" model from a modder, its still NOT the modders! The fact that no one has copyrights from the company itself, so someone cant claim something that is not theres! And to be honest who cares, its a damn car for a video game, like you all think omg they did this and that, and the people that have cars that cant release them, have some way better ones then the person that "converted" it! KEY WORD CONVERT not MADE, so its not theres! Rather then everyone getting things up there panties, support all the models and i can promise we will have one of the best GTA 4 communities out there! But everyone needs to just release everything and share it and watch us have some amazing things! Thats my input!

If someone scratch made a Chevy car, and said it was a 2012 Chevy Impala for example, and said he made it. That is fine, because HE made it, the company made the blueprints and the design, so its not like if someone put the hard work of making a 3d model and someone stole it and said it was all his work, see what I am saying?

Modelers like us explain so many times but people don't get it. If I scratch make something like a lightbar, it's mine. If someone rips it from a model I release with the lightbar uses it it's stolen. Get the picture??

XBR410 Members January 4, 201412 yr Author stats also rich is somewhat right though he used a bad explanation of why all of the models in the GTA4 community (Minus the ones scratch made obviously) are stolen from either another game or another communities mods I wonder how Forza (Turn Ten Studios) Or Driver SF (Ubisoft) feels about people ripping their cars and using them for other games (surely without their permission seeming how those companies paid the Auto Companies just to use their Image and make the cars. (A lot of Money most likely) (and if you don't understand: they need to pay the auto companies money because they are making money off these games (using the names and logos of Ford and Chevy = Royalty money for those Auto Companies and with those Companies Knowing how much money there is in gaming they will most likely ask for a fuckload of money) so I mean when you look at it that way rich is right.

You can't really tell, the chrome is to reflective to tell anything from it.
