Civilian shot!

An unarmed civilian has been shot to the chest multiple times. The officers who arrived on scene first started pursuing the armed suspect on foot while units arriving on scene later immediately gave first aid to the victim. Minutes later, paramedics arrived on scene and tried to stabilize the victim who they managed to transport to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries
