    Is there a particular reason why clans make custom cars, and then don't release them to public? I honestly could never find any rational solution to why clans did that. Nice cars though!

    Yes, because cars there are custom add realism into the game! Some people like the fact that they drive cars that no one else has! Its what make clans stick out from one another! Fact that some people join clans just by the cars they drive!
