GTAIV 2013 W.I.P department idia

Hay guys

i have been working on this skin and i was really happy with the result. its a Clockwork county State Trooper explorer based on the Juneau police department Alaska. i sort of made up that they patrol Clockwork state (alaska) ware liberty city is based, and there part of the Alaska State Trooper's Ranks *hence why there is a AST badge*. I hope you like it as much as i do. the model is a W.I.P explorer by Trewq34 (he will not give u it).I would be willing to let you have the skin if you wanted it.
