Some realism to the Chicago ELS pack! We all know cops don't really ''take care'' of their vehicles... So here is an abused copcar!

Including: dent in front bumper, bird shitstains on the car, bend antenna, bend Chevy badge on the bonnet, lost hubcabs and a spotlight bend to inactive position!
