Two countries in Germany aren't switching to blue, though. The green vehicles in that picture are bavarian units, the blue federal.

I live in Cologne and we have just blue cars and some green (the older models) and when me and my freind were in Munich (München :D) I just saw green cars. I like them both but when they are white-green/blue they are shit. Silver-green/blue is amazing.
