This is from my "Los Santos County Ultra Pack". The pack was originally an ultra pack which included a state-wide sheriff's office along with a fire service, along with contract cities for the sheriff's office. The pack currently has the Los Santos County Sheriff's Office and the City of Los Santos Police Department. Cars pictures that say "Police" but aren't "Los Santos Police" are actually contracted agencies by the sheriff's office. You can google the King County Sheriff's Office (WA) for more information on contract cities and how the sheriff's office works them!
