That's the CFRS trainee ceremonial dress shirt.

 

also, the skin looks alright. Only thing that bothers me is that "TR820" means nothing in DFES... looks more like a WAPOL callsign, but even then, WAPOL don't have 800 numbers....

 

The black numbers you see on the side of our DFES vehicles are selcall numbers.

    Yeah not exactly the best.  It was just a quick design. I was tired. I didn’t use a car reference image I just made it off memory. So it ain’t that good
