NYPD98 Members March 4, 201313 yr Author stats Well he is making a police version of Mr. Bollecks 87 Caprice IV conversion. That will most definitely have a NYPD FSA, but since this a ford crown victoria I would not expect one as they were never widely used except as HWY units here and there.
