Victor Byers was pulled over for speeding in Hove Beach. When his id was checked it showed that his lisence was revoked and that there was a warrent for his arrest, but when he was asked to step out of his car he tryed to escape by car. After a few feet his car was rammed into a wall by my cop car and he tryed to escape on foot. When I caught up to him, I tryed to arrest him and he pulled out a gun but I tazed him before he could shoot. He then surrendered. He is now in jail.
