Man Fires at Lone Liberty City Police Officer Outside Burger Shot in Broker.

LCPD Officer, James Wendell, was fired upon outside the parking lot of Burger Shot in Broker. Cons. Wendell was on routine foot patrol on Carson St and Broker-Dukes Expressway in Beechwood City, Broker last night, when a man decided to fire upon Cons. Wendell. The Liberty City Police Departments CSA Unit, determined that the subject was indeed under the influence of cocaine and LSD during the time of incident, where he was frightened while carrying a half ounce of marijuana on his person. This incident happened around 4:30 a.m. on Friday July 5, 2013. Cons. Wendell was left with no other option but to take down the suspect using lethal force, due to safety risk for himself and the civilians around the area. The suspects identity not being released as respect of the victims family.
