for those questioning what a "generic northern california" uniform is, it usually consists of;
-a silver or gold colored 7 point star badge
-a blue & gold shield shaped shoulder patch with black trim, star or city seal in the center
-navy blue uniform
-typically a basketweave duty belt. bit hard to show that in detail in LSPDFR
