    Yesterday Sgt.Kanyo (LCPD:FR user) requested lights instead of flares for various reason. I decided to add that, mostly because it doesn't require installing new model. Flares still will be available after installing them.

    Next week. It still won't have any callouts, but will have traffic events ale all upgrades of previous features. whole code is rewritten so it's crucial to check if older features work as they should.
