It's a bit hard to provide links for them. The CVPI is the Gotham PD Ford crown victoria by BxBuggs (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1512) but with Buggs' wraparound rambar instead of the normal rambar. The Charger model is Yakadafi's / EVI's Dekalb PD dodge charger. I don't have a link for it though since I think it isn't availabe anymore. I still have it on my hard drive though.

I combined the .wtd file of the Gotham PD CVPI with a wraparound rambar .wft file from Buggs with SparkIV. I did some searching for you and I found the .wft file I used. Never mind the name of the file: http://www.mediafire.com/?2ebbapeeyra7zm3

As for the charger, I can't upload the model since it isn't mine so I'm afraid you'll have to try and search for a link. Perhaps there is still a link available somewhere. Like I said, it's a Dekalb PD dodge charger with a galaxy lightbar and a wraparound rambar.
