I myself find the NYPD bar kind of cool. NYPD has less rotators and added mirrors inside for a great result. Plus, IMHO I like the color scheme more.

Do the rotators on the far end of each side of the nypd version actually rotate like in real life?

On the NYPD: Yeah, all rotators are functional (If you install it on police/police2 or edit in the handling that rotators rotate).

The rotators only work on police1/2, the ambulance and the firetruck.

So far I've only install this NYPD Aerodynic on my GMC Sierra ESU. Installed on the police patriot, so no functional rotators. We're gonna have to wait til I have my Caprice 87 model for IV. As for the LAPD one, I'll add it on my Ford LTD soon and I;ll show a video.
