Hello,

The vehicle in the picture is this mod :

 but this mod is just a texture . I found a similar vehicle : 

 that is a model.

This is the best i could find.

If you want the same vehicle that is in the picture you will first have to download the model that the texture is meant for. The model can be found on the same page as the vehicle texture is. This is the best i can do.
