LMPD Makes Arrest Following Traffic Stop

I just like creating scenes, taking pictures and writing blurbs about them. Hope you enjoy!

La Mesa Police officers, assisted by Mirror Park Police and a K9 unit from the Los Santos County Sheriff's Office, performed a traffic stop on a gray Declasse Premier after witnessing a loitering female entering the vehicle and a records check revealed the owner of the vehicle had an expired license. The driver, who was found to not be wearing pants when officers contacted him, initially stated the female passenger was his fiance, though the female admitted to having just met the man when questioned independently. A canine alerted near the trunk of the vehicle, and officers discovered a baggie of methamphetamine weighing 3.5 grams valued at around $160.00. In addition, officers located a glass pipette under the driver's seat. The driver, identified as James McMahon, was arrested for aggravated possession of a controlled substance, a felony of the fifth degree, and misdemeanor possession of drug abuse instruments. Based on the driver’s voluntary statements to police, the female passenger was issued a summons for solicitation and released from the scene.
