The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Lspd wont let me pull people over,arrest and accept callouts

RagePluginHook.logOk so I am sorry for the constant topics I keep making but I just need to fix this final problem and im good so here is the problem I have my plugin threshold at 60,000 and I start lspdfr and everthing loads no problem but when I go on duty I cant pull nobody over. I cant accept  callouts. And ive tried to point a gun at the peds but nothing happens.  Also thank you to the guys who have been helping me.

for the pull over, if you have els open the els.ini in your gtav main directory and set ElsTrafCtrlOn = true to ElsTrafCtrlOn = false. for the callout thing, i suggest you remove the old callouts you have installed such as code 3 callouts, high priority callouts, ojcallouts. when downloading callouts always look if the api is 0.4+ if it is 0.3b it wont work
