GTA V constant memory crashes

Featured Replies

Hi, hope anyone can help me out with this as I feel like I'm wasting my time at this point trying to set this up for LSPDFR.

So I keep getting the infamous memory error upon which the returns the following: "Game memory error, please reboot and restart the game'.

Never had anything quite like this before the latest V update and using a previous version of gameconfig which worked flawlessly with no issues if I remember right however I feel like I've tried everything to fix this and there's just no avoiding it. I feel like this is solely an issue with GTA V as I've never had any problems with other games or my system in general.

My specs:

Intel Core i7-5820k CPU 3.30ghz (12 core)

24GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080

(running Windows 10 64 bit, capable of running normal GTA V at 60fps even with a fresh install of LSPDFR, no additional add-ons/plugins)

Solutions I've tried:

Fresh re-install of GTA V

Adding scripts/mods in one by one using very little as I possibly can (LSPDFR 0.4.4, EnhancedVehicleActions 1.6, EasyEngineToggle, ScriptHook, ScriptHookDotNet, PLD) with latest VisualV

Updating Nvidia graphics drivers

Latest gameconfig from GTA5mods

HeapAdjuster from GTA5mods which has been reported to fix memory errors (will try to increase heap size a bit in config to see if this fixes it and report back)

I've done a bit of research and found using many add-ons causes this crash however in this case I've only replaced the default vehicles with modified vanilla models so they are relatively low poly.

I also followed a guide on YouTube of which there are quite a few that help people get LSPDFR set up and ready to go.

If anyone can shine some light on this issue and help me solve these errors it would be greatly appreciated.
