Vehicle texture issue

Depending on the angle you look at the vehicle, some of the textures seem to change. The lightbar, ALPRs, and tires atleast are obviously all changing at the same angles. Heres a video to show what I mean as I dont know what to call it and cant find a solution by trying to search it.

 

 

I have like 6 non-els vehicle packs that I made for a FiveM server myself and some friends play on and I would like to release them all on here but I'm trying to make sure all bugs I can find are fixed first. I've no idea whats causing this or what I need to do to fix it.
