LSPDFR - Crashing and causing game to freeze

So I have been having a issue with my game recently. I have uninstalled both LSPDFR and GTA V and deleted all files involving GTA V to try and fix the issue. Game will get to the loading screen when i start with with Rage Plugin but i will get like 10+ Rage plugin has crashed which seems to cause my game to freeze. Same thing happens when starting Rage when in game.
