hey guys,

 

so after a lot of years i am starting to play GTA IV again.
i have my gta via Steam, and followed the whole tutorial shown in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9SAj-q2jfRA&t=683s)

 

Now, for some reason, it wont work for me, the game launches, everything works fine, but nothing happens when i press ALT+P.
As most of the help topics suggested was to instal C++ x64 an x82, done that, as wel as .net .
Now, my LCPDFR diagnostic tool, keeps on saying that i am missing MSVCR100.dll.
and the log says i am missing a lot of other stuff as well, although that stuff is installed.

So if anyone please can help, it will be much appriciated 😄
