"An exception occured" Crash

Hello, I'm fairly new to modding gta iv, however ive modded gta 5 a lot over the last few years. I recently sat down and attempted to install lcpdfr, and it worked. I installed some other various mods as well. Now Im aware lcpdfr is very crash prone, however it seems to be crashing a lot, like a ridiculous amount. I often will just attempt to start it and it crashes and throws the following error after every crash. Im not sure if this is a common thing or not, and Im not sure what the error means, however Im just looking for some help.
